No Welcome Email

Hi,

I haven't received a welcome email which is needed for logging into my account. I have the wifi box already and have set it up. I also have the pre-order email. I cannot the change my wifi settings as I have no account number or area reference. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Can you confirm if you have had your first bill yet?

I have not received my first bill yet. I ordered the wifi on the 9th of February.
