Hi,I haven't received my welcome email and I require the account no. and area reference in order to create my virgin media account.I've been informed on a call that the only way around this is to send a letter which will take days. Is there no way to get the welcome email sent to me so i can continue?

Hi,I had the engineer this morning and they have got my broadband up an running.I ordered 17/06/2021 I believe.Account is open and direct debit has been set up over the phone.Thanks,Laurence
