No Welcome Email

Hello,

I signed up for Virgin Media broadband two weeks ago and have yet to receive my welcome email.

After checking my spam folder, I rang up customer service multiple times and after confirming my email and having a copy sent to an alternative email, despite the call handler's assurances, I still haven't received my email.
