No Welcome Email or Account Number?

I’m having the exact same issue 

no account number so can’t speak to anyone or get past the bot on the phone number 

no welcome pack other than my pre contract. Then no estimated delivery or delivery of my router. Can’t even try to cancel the service because I can’t get through to anyone!!!

please can someone help me??

I have exactly the same issue I cant talk to anyone as I have no welcome email or account number. I have however received a text to say when my delivery is.
