Hiya,
We've just had our broadband fitted today, really happy with the service thus far. Only issue is that we didn't receive a welcome email so I have no idea what my account number or area reference is. The only email we've received is the contract summary sheet.
I tried calling a helpline but I'm unable to get through without an account number/area reference.
Could anyone please help? 🙂
