I have just acquired a broadband deal and received the full equipment. Yet, as I have not received a Welcome E-mail or a text message to activate my services I have not been able to use these.

There should be an activation number to call in the booklet with the number.
I know, I saw the number. My problem, however, is that I don't have an account number and therefore I cannot proceed with the call. My account is not activated precisely because I did not get the number.
