No Sign of Agreed New Package Confirmation or New Contract
At approximately 5pm on 21/01/2021 I had a return phone call from Claire on behalf of [REMOVED] regarding a renewed contract offer which I was very grateful to accept, however I am now very concerned that something has gone wrong, it's over 25 hours since the communication and I've received no email confirmation and there's been no update to my contract on my account, can someone who represents Virgin please help me understand what is happening, it's virtually impossible to get through to anyone on the phone and the chat is just not responding, thanks in advance for any help.
