No Refer A Friend Credit Of £50!

Upon Moving Out Of My Property, I Referred the Person who was moving in.

They have had the £50 credit applied to their first bill and they have also paid this bill which means they are out of their 14 day "happy" period.

Mine still hasn't been applied and my final bill has come in?

I was told I would still get the credit applied to the account and this has not happened.

Not Great From Virgin Media (again).

Not A Single Response Since Early Yesterday.

Exactly the kind of service people get from VM....

Re: No Refer A Friend Credit Of £50!

Anyone here care to answer me?

Apparently as i'm not a customer anymore they are unable to talk to me about it on the phone.

My Final Bill is £25 - VM owe me £50 Refer a friend credit.

Just write off the final bill and i'm happy to move on.

Thanks

Re: No Refer A Friend Credit Of £50!

Hi jewrigley.

Sorry to hear this

As our Forums don't deal with billing issues

You would need to call the team to discuss this

0345 454 1111 is the best number

Re: No Refer A Friend Credit Of £50!

Hi Gareth,

That isn't true, the person who moved into my previous address didn't initially get the credit applied.

He used this specific forum and someone applied the credit.

I don't have an account and I only seem to get inexperienced people on the phone who don't know what to do as i'm no longer a customer!.

Thanks

Re: No Refer A Friend Credit Of £50!

Hi jewrigley,

This isn't necessarily something that we would do, but I'm happy to look into this for you on this occasion. I can't guarantee what resolution would be reached, but we can certainly investigate further.

I'll send you a private message now to clear account security and discuss this further. Please head to the purple envelope in the top right corner to respond.

Thanks,

Rachael
