Currently have lost our internet connection for our Hub 3.0 Broadband package. Currently the machine displays a solid green bar, solid wifi light and flashing green arrows. I have reset this thing multiple times, done a 60 second hold of the reset button and checked all the cables.
there are no current cal centres due to the outbreak and when I attempt to register for My Virgin Media I get an error page 'Oops XXX'
Cannot really figure out what I can do in this scenario so advice would be appreciated
