No Direct Debit date and wrong contract

Im currently having issue with regards to contracts and payments. Firstly my contract price is wrong and was told this would change within 48 hours which this been confirmed over the phone twice in the last 7 days. This has yet to happen. Also the date it says my first payment going out will be -1th of the month???? 

Im I getting free broadband? Who else can I call? Can this even be sorted? 

If anyone has any other numbers i could call i would be very grateful.
