No Confirmation Email

Hi there, 

I signed up for Virgin Media two days ago and have yet to receive a confirmation email. Is this something I could get some help with?

Sorry for the late reply, I didn't receive a notification.

I still haven't been able to access my account as I still haven't receive any emails from Virgin Media. Any help would be appreciated.

I have also not received an email about this and I'm urgently in the need of wifi from when I move into my new house (on the 23rd July 2020 when the delivery is due).

 

I ordered mine on the 8th of July 2020 and have yet to receive an email.
