No Cancellation Confirmation

Good Afternoon,

I spoke to an advisor (on 28th April 2021) about terminating my contract for TiVo TV Box and Broadband on the 29th May 2021.

He explained to me about the penalty charges I would receive and I also gave my forwarding address so I can send back the hardware.

He told me I’d receive an email confirming the cancellation and everything we discussed but I haven’t received said email in my inbox or junk folder. Are you able to provide me with some confirmation of the cancellation along with any other necessary information please?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

 

I am sorry to hear you're leaving us but we wouldn't normally email that out especially if done over the phone as it's a verbal cancellation method. 

 

I have checked and everything is as you say it is so all good going forward, nothing to worry about
