No Bill?

Hi All, I have been a Virgin Media customer for a number of months now (Both broadband and TV) and I have not received a bill. This is really frustrating, as I cannot create/register an account for my virgin media without the account number or area reference.

I also did not receive a welcome email, I'm sure my email address must have been spelled incorrectly by the person I spoke to (and now I cannot get through to them)

Anyone able to offer any help or advice please?
