No Amazon voucher received

Haven’t received my Amazon voucher either. Signed up 31st August and got connected 8th October. As I can see I’m not the only one.

Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for  your first post. Can you advise what Amazon voucher you we're due to receive as we've had a few different offers recently. Is the offer visible on your contract or was this an offer you took out via a 3rd party price comparison website? 

 

If it was via a 3rd party, these offers are emailed out around 90days after your installation and are not affiliated with Virgin Media. 

 

If it was taken out as a new customer offer then this will be listed on your contract and we'll send you an email about 28 days after you've had your new services installed, with an access code to the Compliments Select website. From there, you’ll be able to redeem your voucher. You then have 90 days to use your voucher code.

 

Do let us know if this is on your contract and we can go from there.

I think I ordered it straight form Virgin Media website and the voucher was a Amazon £75 gift card.  The only email I have which mentioned it was this one below.

I had broadband installed in October so I should have received it by now.  I have checked my junk folder and nothing is there.

Sorry for the late reply, 

 

Can you confirm you followed the Buy Now link in the email you've sent?

 

Vouchers come from a price comparison site originally so should be sent to you 90 days after installation has been completed.

 

If you've not received this can you please email the address listed on the bottom of your communication 🙂
