No Account number email

Hey 

It seems quite a few people are having a similar issue. I've received no email with an account number or area reference, just an email confirming my direct debit. My box was supposed to arrive two days ago, I've received no tracking email, and can't sign in to see what's happening to it or ask to order a new one as I don't have account details. Would appreciate swift resolution.
