No Account Number

I haven't received a welcome email or letter with my account number and no Bill.

I rang and was promised an account number would be sent but no such luck.

It takes hours on the phone to make no progress there must be a better way?

To confirm, have you been able to check your emails for your contract? 

It could be in your spam inbox.

I can't find it in my Spam but I did get other emails from virgin. What address does it come from
