As i had not yet decided where i would locate the 2nd Tivo Box supplied as part of my upgrade package (on 17-8-23) i agreed with Installation Engine that i would connect-up the new Tivo Box myself. The Engineer (Great Guy) agreed and left me the 2nd Tivo Box and dutifully scanned it's MAC number label to correctly register it to my address.
It was only later when i thought more about it's location did i realise that i was missing the 'Accessories' namely it's remote control, RF Input adaptor Cable and it's PSU Supply Brick. My current 2-Way 'Splitter' would also need to be replaced with a '3-Way' splitter device to be able to wire-up the second TiVo box.
How do i best contact Virgin to acquire the accessories (just dial 150?) or is there a number to speak directly to the installation team?
Any useful advice would be appreciated 🙂
