No £75 voucher

Used Virgin’s customer service text service and was promised by Renita 28/10/2020 voucher will be with me within 72 hours didn’t happen . Then texted by Virgin’s Kuttana 3/11/2020 will get voucher by end of day didn’t happen. Then texted by Virgin’s Meena 6/11/2020 will get voucher within 5 days after complaint being escalated apparently ,still nothing . Texted by Virgin’s Kathick 15/11/2020 won’t get voucher for 90 days I asked Kathick to look at what the other Virgin staff had told me , she couldn’t or wouldn’t help . Looking on this community you should get voucher within 28 days as Renita told me .I’ve spent 2.5 hours on this and still no voucher and unfortunately I can’t believe anything Virgin staff tell me .can anyone from Virgin sort this out ?

All my E-Mails have been checked thanks.

Virgin themselves know I haven’t received the voucher .

According to reviews of this promotion it’s not unusual for Virgin not to send it at all .

Hi

I have had an e-mail from Meena on 2/11/2020 after her text , she did ask me to input it on the secure response .

So they must have it and my account was confirmed via my e-mail when set up .
