Nintendo Switch confirmation

Hi there,

Just posting a question in order to to get a response from an admin.

I would just like to know about the details of the switch that came along with my new virgin media deal, I would just like a confirmation of when it will be sent out and the extra bits and bobs etc.

Hi Bojanceca, 

Can I ask when you placed the order? 

Generally, you will have a 14 day period after install before the gift would be sent out. 

It may be that under present circumstances it may take slightly longer!

I installed Virgin media in the household on the 1st of April, and got everything up and running.

I am also in this situation, mine was installed 6th April 2020, Do we get any sort of email or confirmation from Virgin or the supplier?

Free gifts, vouchers are usually arranged by a 3rd party company 

They can take up to 28 day after activation to be ready for delivery 

What we do advise is to check your junk and spam folders for an email

Yeah I have already checked all folders, I don't think the Switch will be coming. I doubt it anyway.
