Nightmare reducing package

Spent 2 hours going around in circles looking for online way to reduce my TV package.

Called the number and after on hold for 55 minutes was disconnected, tried again and disconnected AGAIN.

on third attempt now.

If restricting call centre access then you have to create online assistance.

I'm on unpaid leave now and will not be able to pay full payment.  There has to be an easier way to do this.
