Nightmare billing and complaints service

I can't believe how rubbish VM complaints are at resolving issues. Well I suppose I can based on the low levels of customer service ability. 

As you may have seen on recent posts I tried to get my services reinstalled after our cable was cut. This ended up with numerous engineer visits as they kept being booked as faults despite me telling them every time. Plus we had numerous calls on our line which one of the engineers fixed by changing our type of line and said was probably a cross wire in the cabinet.

Anyway upshot so far is they have only refunded me someo of the call charges, have charged me for 3 engineer visits despite confirming in email they wouldn't and the multiple visits being their fault, plus no mention of compensation for my numerous days wasted.

And despite me having told them they whole story in email with simple maths, all I get is the same stupid message that we credited you already, which is obviously not the whole amount. 

I have logged with the Ombudsman service so hoping they will be able to sprt it out but I am owed over £100 just in credit, and I really hope they can issue some sort of compensation for the stress and annoyance of having to get this sorted. Or fine VM if not. 

I will keep the board updated once I hear back.
