New virgin mailbox log-in not possible due to required authorisation

For my account [removed] (Area ref 20) - Virgin created a Virginmail email address to log in.

I can't log into virgin mail to authorize the email address, because it says it needs authorisation.

Catch-22

So what can I do to either get access to My Virgin account through another email, or get this email authorised?

In regards to the email, are you able to get into this on the webmail page here if you'd already created this?

I gave up on any Virgin emails, as they started to mess me up.   Blueyonder, was what I used. Had to go onto gmail.   Was a PITA.  But worth it in the end.

no Emily - when I follow that link and put in the details, it says that the email needs to be verified (which I can’t do as I can’t log in to verify!).
