New virgin account number - want to use same email address
I signed up to Virgin 6 months ago and registered online with my primary email address. I'm moving house which is also serviced by Virgin. I've set up services with my new address, however Virgin have provided a new account number.
I want to register online using my existing primary email address. However this doesn't seem to be possible. My associated email address can't be switched over from old account number to new?

I have the same problem. I have moved house and I can't use my email address to set up my Virgin account with a new account number as my email still exists in my old closed account. How do I solve this? Thanks
