After several problems with our old tivo box and bad pixelation/picture problems I ran the status checker and navigated all the "fixes" all to no avail. The next step taken by the guide was to offer me a free replacement box, a new V6 box. Fantastic I thought and completed the online form. After clicking confirm details the form changed to a technical error page and asked to place the order again. However the order new box button did nothing when pressed.
Now im left back at square one after thinking my issues were about to be solved and don't know what to do now
