Hopefully someone can help me in the direction of being able to sign back up as i keep getting errors
I returned to VM from Sky last Friday and all fitted and working fine.
I enter all my details and then get
I assume this is because i was a previous customer.
so i register with a alternative email and i get to this screen
i click continue
only to get this
I have rang 2 times and been told the applications are down and to ring back. losing the will to live.
Also need to get my Home Phone number transferred to VM from Sky

4 Phone calls sorted this. ended up having to use yet another new email address. pretty poor that you cant use my own one.

Just to confirm is this when you attempt to sign into the account? Also have you been able to try this on another web browser?
This is immediatly on signing in on the virgin website.
I have tried 3 seperate browsers and the same issues. Firefo,Edge and Chrome
