Hi there,
Would it be possible to remove a package I never asked for? I recently contacted the customer service regarding the end of my contract and the non-renewal of it, and they actually added in a new package and an early cancellation fee.
I never signed any contract for the new package and never asked for it. I didn't ask for an early cancellation either.

Cancellation requests being tuned into package renewals gets very regular mentions on here.

You may need this DSAR link to access your account info if VM decides to be difficult in processing your cancellation as you originally instructed.
