New package start date

I have agreed a new package to start today. When would I expect to see the new channels avaiable? The Hub 5 is on its way.

Normally package changes aren't completed until any new equipment has been installed and activated, so you probably won't see any new channels until you've received and set up the hub 5..

I can confirm as per the fantastic newapollo's advice that on most occasions, any package changes/deals that require a change of equipment, will be available to you when that equipment is confirmed as active on our system.  Remember, if you ever need assistance in the future, our fantastic community and forum team are always willing to lend a hand. Please bear in mind, you can manage your account from here. Your online account, will give you access to your bills, show your package details, diagnose any possible faults and monitor any orders and appointments you may have.
