New package (landline and broadband only)

Hello all,

Trying to get through to Virgin Media to set a new package through the landline on 150 but when i select about changing package i keep being asked for a mobile which i don't have at the moment.

I was on a package of £26:99 a month for landline phone and broadband which is what i would like again, i am not adding anything or taking anything away, i wish to continue as it is.

I am on benefit so i qualify for a lower rate, i am also a carer for both parents, my package ended a few months ago but this is the first chance i have had to update it.  Could someone contact me to update my package please?  I only have access to my laptop at the moment so may be a delay in replying to any message.
