Got an email today thanking me for the changes I made to my Virgin package, despite never having contacted Virgin by phone, email or logging into my account.
Not really very happy as it suggested I am now tied into a new 18-month contract. All looks genuine and come from the right email address.
Before I call and have to endure the call centre queue of 'you call is important to us, wait another 30 minutes' I just wondered if anyone else has had this and if there a reason.

If within the 14 day cooling off period this can be changed or cancelled for you.
Thanks, Emily, I eventually got through on the phone. Was apparently a mistake and should not have been changed.
