New order

I placed an order for Virgin broadband, tv and telephone last month (March) for installation on 13th April. I have only received confirmation of a direct debit for Virgin mobile which I don’t have or use. I have not received confirmation of the order either via e-mail or letter and cannot contact them via the internet. Will my installation go ahead or has my order been lost?

Many thanks for your help Zoe answered in a few minutes the question I was having difficulty in asking Virgin media in the first place.
