Hi. I ordered online and finally had my virgin media installed. Im checking the first bill and there is £75 bill credit missing from the paperwork , and also installation charge has been added on when it said it was free. Would the credit be added later on and installation charge removed or would i need to chase that up?
Also the installation was 2 weeks late due to virgin media contractors connecting cables the wrong side of the street, so they had to redig and connect cables right way. I briefly spoke to vm and they said they have rejected the automatic compensation.
