I have now moved home and after a year my contract is up for renewal, however, I cannot register on to a new online account with my new account number and area number as my email address is still associated to my old account number and area code (which I have had closed). I'm a bit stuck really. Can you please help me?
(I believe) You need the Forum Team to look into this and see if a Move and Transfer is still an option - it should have been offered when you moved, obviously. If not available, they'll be able to get you sorted with access to a new address/account.
