New customer

Due to have virgin installed on wednesday have had no confirmation email with account details spike to an advisor who said he could not discuss my account as I coykd not give him account details so am.going to refuse engineer access as you refuse to discuss my account I cant even view my contract useless

There may have been a typo in the email address when ordering.
