New customer with no password or area code

I signed up yesterday but yodel are sending the kit today.

I need to log in but it's saying passwords wrong.

I tried to reset incase it was the agent misspelling it but it's saying email is wrong too 

I obviously don't have a bill yet so also don't have my area code either.

I didn't even get the new customer offer of wine or 50.00 acc. Credit which would be nice if it can be added.

Can someone sort this at virgin CS.

I can't see what's happening ,when or even if it's happening without these details

Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

Sorry to hear your having issues logging in, can you confirm have you made your registered your MY VM account previously? If not you would just need to register this online first before trying to log in.

Also with regards to the welcome offer, can you confirm if this was part of a promotion you used when signing up?
