New customer sign in issue: Irresponsive page

Hello, as a new customer, I have been having the very same issue as some others posted like 'Stuck on loading screen when trying to login to my virgin media'. I tried various devices and browsers, and also cleared the search history and cache, but nothing helped. I called customer service four times already, but still no luck in fixing this. They suggested to change my password and try again, but it did not help either.  I would very much appreciate your help.

I've just logged in using https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media on my 64-bit Windows 10 PC using Firefox.

When I try that, this is the page I get:

"Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit."

Clear all cookies and try again.
