New customer offer never received £50 credit

we have opened a new customer account with Virgin Media for £27 a month plus the welcome offer was £50 in credit. 

For the first month I hve been charged £39 and then a normal £27.

Also never received the £50 credit as you promised. 

can someone please help me and explain why have been charge £39 (I know always its a bit of mixed up with the first bill but wanna make sure I haven’t been charged more)

and if someone can help me get my £50 credit would be great.

Hey @Alexutz1991,

 

I can explain what has happened to your billing and your discount but cannot do this in the open forum as I need you to first pass account security before we can discuss this further.
