New customer, cannot access account no delivery

Hi, I placed an order for a package deal on September 1st for a self install to be collected from a shop, I received a confirmation of the order which said it would arrive between the 6th and 16th of September I've phoned the shop to see if it was there to be collected a few times including today, i don't have an account number in an email anywhere and my email isn't being recognised as a login. Please help!
