New customer - broadband package has not arrived

I have recently signed up for a broadband package. I was given a date of Wednesday 15th Nov for delivery but it has not arrived. I've not heard from Virgin since the order confirmation email. I cannot get through to anyone on the phone because I don't have a virgin phone number, customer number or area code. Please advise how I can get through and speak to someone.
