Re: New customer £50 bill credit

Hi Wulfington,

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your bill looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you.

Do you have access to your online bills on your Online Account? If yes, you can check the items in the online bill as some of the aspects could be installation and activation fees between £30 & £35 charges. Please have a look and let me know what you find 🙂

Thanks,

Megan_L

Re: New customer £50 bill credit

Hi, thanks for the reply.

i have looked at the online bill.

First months bill total amount was £50
First months package = £35
other charges & credits = £15

all paid via direct debit - nothing that mentions the £50 bill credit that was part of the welcoming package offer.

Cheers 🙂

Your first bill with us is a double bill. You can find more information via this link: virg.in/1stBill.
