New contract

Hi. I was given a new contract yesterday over the phone. The man told me I'd have a confirmation email but I haven't received it yet, but I noticed  my speed has already been reduced? 

 

Please can somebody confirm the status on my account, as it looks the same as before when I log in?

Hi pjb,

it can sometimes take a couple of days before the systems are updated to show the changes.

You should receive an email to confirm the changes, and that may have gone straight into your spam/junk box
