New contract price not the same as agreed

Spoke to an agent earlier today about changing from weekend chatter to Anytime landline use. After the twoing and froing of being offered new packages, we agreed that just wanted the landline. I was given the upgrade for £5 instead of £10 but I've noticed on my new contract, it's gone up by £10. How do I get the agreed price?
