I've upgraded my contract online. With new broadband speed and adding television. Received confirmation email. Received pre contract documents. But when phone to customer service they can't see it on system and didn't want to do anything with that. Just keep offering me new deal which is more expensive what I order online and I got on my contract documents. Can anyone help with that please?
