New contract does not match the agreed pre contract offer

I reached a new deal yesterday with an agent which they sent a pre contract document by email and text, to which I agreed and the conversation ended with everything in place. The next day I get the actual contract through email to find that my monthly fee is £37 more then what I agreed the day before with the agent. I got in touch today after hours of talking to other agents to get replies like “sorry we cannot match the offer”, what is going on? Why am I not getting the new contract I agreed instead of trying to get people to “match” an offer.
