New contract, but price different to agreed

Hi,

     My contract was due to end in October, so i went onto live chat and got a deal for the mega volt bundle and was told it would be £88 a month, which is just £3 more than i'd been paying.

I've looked on my virgin media account and the contract now says that it will be £98 a month, that is not the price i agreed too. Also i had the contract sent via email which stated the original price of £88. I'm so confused, i know that it's only £10 more a month, but it's alot during these difficult times. I would just like some clarity.
