Hi, after moving home to a new address I just found out that I now have a new contract with a minimum term of 18 months. The previous contract minimum term was going to expire in Dec 2022, while now is ending in Dec 2023.

I double checked VM policy and is clear from the website that when moving home, you keep the same contract (or at least the same conditions). 

Could you please help solving this issue?
