New contract Virgin Media

I changed my Virgin Media package and I’ve received my Pre Contract Documents. This was two days ago now and I haven’t received any other communication to tell me when the new package will take effect. Does anyone know how long this should take?

No order information

I have received an SMS message from Virgin Media 3 days ago saying ‘the new kit will arrive on null. Yodel will send you a 2 hour delivery window. To view your order details get the app’

first, what does ‘null’ mean?

second, my order does not show on my app so is it still being processed? I changed my package 4 days ago

can someone help please?
