New channel subscription not working

Hi,

I added a new channel subscription to my tv, however it hasn't been working for over a week.

Could inplwase have some assistance on this as I have been waiting a while.

You will need to call customer service using 0345 454 1111 at 8am is best time.

Account changes cannot be processed by Virgin Media staff on this forum.
