New build virgin media installation

My daughter has just moved in to a new build house and got in contact with virgin media via an online form, filled it all in and was told someone would phone her to confirm what services were available within 10 working days, it’s been longer than that and no-one has been in touch and she can’t get anywhere online as the online portal keeps looping her back to the start of the process. How do we get this sorted out?
