  • I have moved house, and my contract has been terminated at the old property and is being reconnected at the new property tomorrow. 
  • I thought, they would just transfer it all over, but I have now been sent a new account number.
  • How can I access my new account.in the app or online as it will only show my old terminated account and won't let me put the new one in.
  • Thank you.

Hope your house move went well.

The online account will need to be set up as a new one.

You will need to choose the Register an Account option online here

If you encounter any issues setting this up, please let us know and we can help.

I tried that, it says we found you then takes me to the old account even though I'm putting the new account number in.

Sounds like the email address is still linked to your old account.

It's an easy fix from here though.

I'd like to take a look into this for you.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
