New account - logging in takes me to old account details

Same problem as per many threads I've found. 

Logging in using my email address the account was setup in - takes me to old account details from over a year ago. 

I do not want to setup a new email address. Please can someone help?

I am having the same issue. new account at new address but logging in just shows me my old account. I do not want to setup another email address. Please can someone message me to sort? Thank you

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to see you are unable to set up an Online Account due to the Email being associated with a previous account, due to the time since the last account was active you would need to set up a different Email for set up, once active you can use your preferred email.
